United is a multi-faceted painting and wall covering contractor servicing the State of Florida. We specialize in hospitality and condominium projects.
- We perform interior finishes, exterior finishes, new construction painting, renovations, repaints, faux finish, stain work, pressure cleaning, sandblasting and epoxy flooring and electrostatic finishes.
- We are in our 22nd year in business, and Kevin Gilleland (the owner) has been in the painting industry for 35 years.

- United has completed several notable historical renovation projects for the Church of Scientology including the old cigar factory in Ybor City, “Ybor Square”, and recently the 1916 downtown Clearwater landmark "Coachman Building", as well as the 1950's structure Mariner Motel.
- For the past 15 years we have provided painting & related services for one of the largest school districts in the US – Hillsborough County School District, and in recent years added Polk and Osceola County School Districts as clients.
- Our larger HCSB & PCSB projects include: J.S. Robinson Elementary, Turner Elementary and Bartel Middle School in the summer of 2014. Rodger's Middle school - 2012. The newly constructed George Jenkins 9thGrade Academy in 2009. Repainting the complete exterior of Robinson High School in Summer-2009, repainting the complete interior & exterior of historical Memorial Middle School in Summer-2008, repaint exterior of Mango Elementary in Summer of 2007..
- We have also done work for various builders and general contractors such as Walbridge, Carothers Construction Inc., Nova Hotel Renovation & Construction, D&D Construction, CVC Hospitality, Wolgast Corporation, Nujak Companies, G.H. Ruhle Construction, Horizon Retail Construction, Classic Southern Homes, and Radd Builders.
- Our recent other projects include assisted living facilities, hotels, apartments, tenant improvement facilities, etc. The notable "Park Square" in Fishhawk, Aqualea Resort in Clearwater, Magnolia Place Senior Living in 2013, Buffalo Wild Wings, Vision Works, Coast Dental offices, MidFlorida Credit Union, Polk State College, Journet Senior Living, Westfield Shopping Center, Parkside at One Bayshore, Cinebistro in Hyde Park and Hilton Downtown Tampa in 2013.
